1. Your site cannot contain discrimination, nudity, or excessive profanity.
2. No hate sites, MySpaces, free webhosting sites.
3. If there's something I don't like about your site's content, I won't advertise it.
4. When you apply you must have my link on your site already.

Don't have money, but you still want a chance to advertise? Here's the way. We will exchange links/banners. You must keep my link on the front page of your site, it's fine if it's through a roation. Your banner will go through a scroll under 'advertised'. If you remove my link, then I will remove yours. For now, I am only takin 88x31 banners.
